By accessing the HexCode Manufacturing website (www.hexcodemanufacturing.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
HexCode Manufacturing provides custom 3D printing, product design, and finishing services based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to our review and acceptance.
All project quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote or written approval and any required deposit. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to pause or cancel orders for non-payment.
You retain ownership of any designs, files, or intellectual property you provide to us. By submitting files, you confirm you have the right to use and share that content. HexCode Manufacturing retains ownership of its own tools, processes, and methodologies. We will not reproduce or share your proprietary designs without your consent.
You are responsible for ensuring submitted designs are accurate, complete, and do not infringe on third-party rights. HexCode Manufacturing is not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete specifications provided by the client.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions or courier delays.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind orders. If a product is defective or does not match agreed specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexCode Manufacturing’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
